USA’s Patrick Sheridan makes R16 in Mons, Belgium

Patrick Sheridan made a historic run in the 2020 FISTF Major of Mons. After progressing to the Knockout phase, Patrick stunned Heinz Eder of Austria, 2-1 in overtime.

In the round of 16, Patrick pushed former World Cup champ, Rémy Huynh before losing 4-2.

Well done Patrick on your successful run!

Zach Walker claims the 2020 Western States Open

Zach Walker defeated Patrick Sheridan 2-0, to take the 2020 Western States Open title. A rematch of the 2019 Colorado Cup Final, Zach came out victorious for his 2nd consecutive title.

Daniel Cranston takes the 2019 Holiday Silver (FISTF IO) in Maryland

Daniel Cranston (TSC Black Rose 98 Roma) won the FISTF U.S. International Open on December 7, 2019, in Maryland, USA.

Part of the 26th annual Holiday Silver event, this ASA Major featured 29 players from across the country.

2016 Nationals Weekend

Christian Filippella took the honors of the 2016 ASA National Open Championship, and the 2016 US FISTF International Open, August 6 & 7 in Columbia, MD.

Twenty three players competed in the National Championships. Filippella moved smoothly through his group, and increased his level of play as needed until he fittingly met his most significant challenge from a determined Daniel Cranston. Michael Tillman and Paul O’Donovan Rossa made fine runs to the semi final stage. By his own admission, Cranston started off with some below par defensive flicks in the Open final. The precision of Filippella was rewarded, and a 3-1 victory was comfortable and well deserved.
